This is how we view God, Jesus, the Bible, man, and many significant aspects of our faith. Firmly rooted in Scripture, our beliefs guide our decisions as a church. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the ultimate authority for our faith and practice. We believe that it contains all that is necessary for us to know about God, His will for our lives, and the salvation that is offered through Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Bible is a unified story that points to the love and grace of God throughout history. We also believe that it is a living and active text that has the power to transform lives and bring healing to brokenness.
As a community of believers, we strive to approach the Bible with humility and openness, recognizing that we are constantly growing in our understanding and application of its teachings. We believe that by studying the Bible together and applying its truths to our lives, we can experience the fullness of life that God intends for us.
We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that God the Father is the creator and sustainer of all things, and that He is infinitely powerful, wise, and loving.
We believe that God the Father is a personal God who desires a relationship with each of us. He is not distant or disinterested, but rather intimately involved in our lives, providing for our needs, and guiding us through His Holy Spirit. We believe that He is a loving Father who desires the best for His children, and that He has a plan and purpose for each of our lives.
We believe that God the Father is also just and righteous, and that He cannot tolerate sin. But through His infinite grace and mercy, He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross and pay the penalty for our sins, so that we could be reconciled to Him and experience the fullness of life that He intends for us.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Savior of the world, and the center of our faith. We believe that He was fully God and fully human, born of a virgin, and lived a sinless life on earth.
We believe that Jesus Christ came to earth to demonstrate God's love for us and to reconcile us to God. He willingly died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins, and on the third day, He rose from the dead, demonstrating His power over sin and death.
We believe that through faith in Jesus Christ, we can have eternal life and a personal relationship with God. We believe that He is the only way to salvation, and that there is no other name by which we can be saved.
As a community of believers, we seek to follow Jesus' example of love, compassion, and service to others. We believe that He is the hope of the world, and that through Him, we can experience true joy, peace, and purpose in life.
We believe in the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity. We believe that the Holy Spirit is a person, not just a force or energy, and that He is fully God.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the one who empowers and guides us in our Christian journey. He convicts us of sin, comforts us in times of need, and illuminates the truth of God's Word to us. He also gives us spiritual gifts for the building up of the church and the spread of the gospel.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is essential for living the Christian life. He helps us to grow in our relationship with God, to love others as ourselves, and to live in a way that is pleasing to God.
As a community of believers, we seek to be led by the Holy Spirit in all that we do. We believe that He is active and present in our lives, and that He continues to work in and through us to accomplish God's purposes in the world.
We believe in the reality of eternity. We believe that each person has a soul that will exist forever, either in heaven with God or separated from God in hell.
We believe that heaven is a place of eternal joy, peace, and fulfillment, where we will be in the presence of God and enjoy perfect fellowship with Him and with one another. We believe that we will experience the fullness of life that God intended for us, free from the effects of sin and death.
We also believe in the reality of hell as a place of eternal separation from God, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. We believe that this is a place of eternal punishment for those who reject God's offer of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
As a community of believers, we seek to share the good news of the gospel with others, so that they may also experience the hope and assurance of eternal life in heaven. We believe that eternity is a reality that should shape the way we live our lives today, as we seek to honor God and serve others with the time that we have on earth.
We believe that every human being is created in the image of God and has inherent value and dignity. We believe that every person is unique and special, and that each one has been given gifts and abilities to contribute to the world.
We also believe that every person is born with a sinful nature and is in need of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that sin has separated us from God and that it is only through Jesus' death and resurrection that we can be reconciled to Him and experience the fullness of life that He intends for us.
As a community of believers, we seek to treat every person with love and respect, regardless of their background or beliefs. We believe that every person is important to God and that it is our responsibility to share the gospel message with them, so that they too can experience the hope and joy of a relationship with God. We also seek to serve others and make a positive impact in our community, reflecting the love and compassion of Christ to those around us.
We believe that salvation is a free gift of God's grace, offered to all people through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation is not earned by good works or personal merit, but is a result of God's love and mercy towards us.
We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins, and that through faith in Him, we can be forgiven and reconciled to God. We believe that salvation is a personal and individual decision, and that it is available to anyone who believes in their heart and confesses with their mouth that Jesus is Lord.
We also believe that salvation is not just a one-time event, but a lifelong journey of growth and transformation. We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers us to live a new life in Christ, and that we are called to follow Him and obey His commands.
As a community of believers, we seek to share the message of salvation with others, so that they too can experience the hope and joy of a relationship with God. We believe that salvation is the foundation of our faith, and that it is through this gift of grace that we are able to live a life of purpose and meaning, both now and for eternity.
We believe in the importance and value of the church as the body of Christ. We believe that the church is made up of believers from all walks of life, who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus and united in Him.
We believe that the church is not just a building or an organization, but a living and breathing community of faith. We believe that the church is called to be a light in the world, sharing the love and truth of Jesus Christ with those around us.
We also believe that the church is called to be a place of worship, where we gather together to give honor and glory to God. We believe that worship is not just a Sunday morning activity, but a way of life, where we offer ourselves as living sacrifices to God and seek to live in a way that is pleasing to Him.
As a community of believers, we seek to be a church that is inclusive, welcoming, and accepting of all people. We believe that the church should be a safe place for people to come and experience the love and grace of God, regardless of their background or beliefs.
We also believe that the church is called to be a place of service, where we use our gifts and talents to serve one another and make a positive impact in our community. We believe that we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, showing His love and compassion to those around us.
